Please note- If you are picked up in Port Chalmers your trip will end in Dunedin. If your trip starts in Dunedin you will be returned to Dunedin by shuttle after your tour. This suits most of our cruise ship guests who board at Port Chalmers, as they get to see the Castle as well as other attractions in the city before returning to the ship. We do have return trips back to Port but this depends on our schedule and other bookings. The cost for this is discounted to $30 NZD.
Full refund if cancelled 24 hours or longer before your trip. Partial refunds may be offered if cancelled within 24 hours of your trip departure. This tour is subject to minimum numbers to run. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule if minimum numbers have not been met or in extreme weather conditions.
Visit New Zealand's only castle, Larnach Castle on the picturesque Otago Peninsula. Take a scenic cruise across the harbour in our fast ferry "Adagio" to Macandrew Bay where you transfer into our executive shuttle van for your ride up to the castle.
You'll have 2 hours to explore the castle and gardens. Your entry fee is included in your fare. You then shuttle back down to the harbour for your ferry ride to Dunedin.
