Dinner by prior arrangement, if available. Bike trail transport & bike hire, private charter tours available by arrangement.
Room rate includes gourmet breakfast, welcome afternoon tea/espresso, pre-dinner drink & canapes or tasting platter, free parking & free WIFI. Check-in between 3:00pm & 6:00pm; check-out by 11:00am, unless by prior arrangement. Can accommodate children by arrangement, on exclusive-use basis, whereby BOTH suites booked. The Lodge is accessible for guests with limited mobility, if booking Ruapehu Suite, but not wheelchair suitable. Check out our amazing packages for fabulous deals and inclusions.
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date: 25% forfeit of the total booking price. Cancellation within 14 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit of the total booking price. NB: If government imposed Covid19 restrictions result in cancellation the booking can be transferred to a later date or cancelled with no penalty.
