XSPOT Medlands Beach House overlooks Oruawharo Medlands Bay a short walk down the hill. View the sunrise over the ocean in the morning and look out over the beach settlement below. Listen to the waves rolling into the shore before you kick off on your Aotea adventures. This welcoming spot on Great Barrier Island was new in 2024. It is perfectly situated above the main island road, just a 5 min. walk to your Good Heavens stargazing, and a 10-min. drive from the airport/Tryphena shops. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, it’s a perfect getaway for one or two couples. Plus, it’s great for longer stays too, with a washing machine and Starlik wifi. After a perfect day watch the moon rise over the ocean, before snuggling into your comfy bed.
