Operating from Christchurch, our NZOIA-certified instructors deliver comprehensive winter training in Arthur's Pass. Whether you are a skier, snowboarder, mountaineer, or winter tamper our programs build genuine independence. Choose from a 2 day avalanche awareness course ASC1 Christchurch or the advanced 4 day backcountry avalanche course ASC2 Arthur's Pass. You will learn to analyse complex terrain, execute companion rescues, and forecast snowpack conditions. We eliminate traditional club bureaucracy with open public access and strictly low safety ratios.
