Most of our experiences are customised, so prices may vary from the ones stated here.
25% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your experience with full payment due 30 days before your trip dates. Departure Times – Whilst we will always do our best to keep to our scheduled departure time, sometimes things happen and we have to adjust our schedule. We will let you know in plenty of time what the new arrangement will be and we will not let you down. Media Consent – Fishjet NZ Ltd reserves the right to the use of images or footage taken on our trips for promotion.
Guided fishing trips We require cancellation 30 days prior to your trip departure for a full refund to the original card or account the booking was made on. For cancellations made with less than 30 days notice, a full refund will only be provided if we can rebook your trip dates. I Bike Transfers and Upper Waiau River Water Taxi 48hrs notice required for a full refund.
Our primary guided fishing experiences focus on the highly productive Waiau River in Fiordland National Park. The Waiau is home to some of the highest densities of wild brown and rainbow trout in New Zealand. This is a truly unique kiwi fishing experience suited to all levels of experience; from families with young children hoping to catch their first trout through to highly skilled fly fishers. Our private guided experiences on the Waiau are offered as 1/2 days (morning or afternoon), 3/4 days (afternoon until dusk) and full days. We also run the Waiau River water taxi service for the Kepler Track and Lake2Lake cycle trail.
