All cancellations must be made in writing. 6 Weeks before the booking: 0% cancellation fee 4 Weeks before the booking: 5% cancellation fee 2 Weeks before the booking: 10% cancellation fee 1 Week before the booking: 20% cancellation fee Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled visit will not be refunded.
Private, Culturally Rooted Experience. A private forest experience guided by a Māori host. Guests are welcomed with an intimate ceremony, learn about indigenous food stories and practices, prepare herbal teas, and co-cook a wood-fired lunch or dinner from foraged and locally sourced produce. Cultural knowledge is shared through participation rather than performance. The pace is bespoke and personal. Available every day by advance request, with a minimum of 7 days.
