On confirmation of your Hotel Chatham package you will be required to be a deposit of NZ$250 per person. This deposit will be required within 7 days of confirmation.
In the event of a cancellation to your booking, refunds will only be granted when Hotel Chatham Ltd receives notification at least 7 days prior (NZ time) to departure date in writing with the exception: Chatham Island Group Packages - Notice is required 14 days prior to departure. Alternatively, choose from our historic villa Traveller’s Rest, the Lookout private retreat, Chatham Rise Motel or the secluded cottage at Admiral Garden. Providing the only restaurant on the Island, freshly caught fish is our speciality. Depending on the catch, you can enjoy crayfish, hapuku, groper, blue cod and paua. There are also lots of other choices.
