Riverside Adventures Waikato can not be held responsible for any adverse weather conditions while you are on tour/hire with us and as such any refunds are at our discretion and we are under no obligation to do so.
Early cancellation of more than 30 days before hire/tour gains full refund. Cancellations within the 8 - 29 days of hire/tour of all services provided directly by Riverside Adventures Waikato will be refunded 80% of payment and 20% will be kept as credit towards next adventure within 6 months. Come riding with us. We have a great knowledge of the trails, and our 2 bases are right on its doorstep. We can help you plan your day/s riding, from bike hire and shuttle to a guided ride with one of our amazing guides. The Waikato River offers great views and spectacular flora and fauna only found in New Zealand. At over 100km long of Grade 1, 2 and 3 riding there is something for everyone. Enjoy a guided bike tour along the beautiful Karāpiro section of the Waikato River Trails or the Grassroots Velodrome to Mighty River Domain on Te Awa River Ride. Our guides let you know what's coming up, and share their knowledge and history of the area as you soak in the surroundings of extremely popular section of trails.
