Guests must be 18 or over to participate and may be asked to show valid ID. The Peated Whisky Flight includes a curated selection of three peated Waiheke Whisky expressions. Specific whiskies are subject to availability and may vary; substitutions of equal or greater quality may be made. We promote responsible enjoyment and reserve the right to refuse service to intoxicated guests. Booking is confirmed upon payment or receipt of confirmation.
Cancellations or changes to your booking must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled tasting. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur the full fee, as we are unable to reallocate your place at short notice. To modify or cancel your booking, please contact us directly and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Since we started distilling with home-made equipment back in 2009, we have been building up our ageing whisky casks, experimenting with cask finishes, to make the best whisky we can, here on an island at the bottom of the world. Our first Medal was the San Francisco Spirits Award & to date we’ve been awarded 37 medals & trophies, including Best in World Whisky category & Best in Class. Peated whisky gets its signature smoke from drying malted barley over burning peat, creating rich notes of campfire, earth, and subtle spice. This flight showcases how different cask types and ageing can shape that smoke.
