Security Bond - $1000 per booking plus a one off booking management fee of $200
For bookings made more than 60-days in advance of your stay, the Client shall pay a deposit of 50% of the Total Rental Amount. The remaining balance is due 60-days before the rental period. If booking within 60-days of the rental date, the entire contract price shall be paid. Visa and MasterCard credit card transactions will incur a 3% surcharge; a 5% fee applies to AMEX transactions. Payments made by international wire transfer will incur a $NZ25.00 bank fee per payment.
Villas, holiday homes and apartments are not commercial entities like hotels. Properties offered by Release Wanaka must be booked far in advance and are not easily re-rented. We strongly recommend Clients take out Travel Insurance to protect against cancellation charges, medical expenses or certain other unforeseen circumstances, which preclude the client from travelling.
This modern 4 bedroom holiday rental is your home away from home. With a bright open planned living area, fully equipped kitchen, seperate media room, & a table tennis table, it's a perfect choice for a family holiday year round. The walking & biking tracks around the lake are within walking distance, as well as the Sticky Forest mountain bike tracks – it's an ideal property to relax after a day of adventure. The holiday home has four well sized bedrooms (two of which can be split into twin beds). The master is complete with a tiled ensuite & there is a large shared bathroom & a powder room. The internal double garage gives plenty of room to store the toys. The minimum stay at Minaret Ridge is 4nights.
