No refunds within 24 hours of departure unless the activity operator cancels the activity due to waterway, road or weather conditions. Otherwise, refunds are granted solely at the discretion of the payee according to the activity operator's cancellation policy. Refunds may only be obtained from the payee.
Secret Spot Hot Tubs is a private forest hot tub experience in Rotorua, situated beside the Whakarewarewa Forest and Redwoods. Relax in your own cedar hot tub filled with fresh spring water, heated to 39.9°C, surrounded by native forest. Hot tubs accommodate up to six people, making this a popular Rotorua experience for couples, families, and friend groups. Complimentary cold plunge tubs are available during your soak, with drinks delivered directly to your hot tub from the cash bar. The onsite Base Camp Street Food Kitchen serves smash burgers, street food, manuka-roasted coffee and craft drinks. Open year-round, Secret Spot is a relaxing experience after a day of adventure mountain biking or exploring Rotorua. A must-do Rotorua activity.
