Any cancellations are required to be made at least 24 hours prior to departure. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead or on the day of travel are not eligible for refund.
Starting from Te Anau keeps the drive short, so this is an easy way to see Milford Sound. Leave the car behind and travel in a glass-roof Mercedes-Benz Sprinter with just 12 seats, with time for photo stops and short walks while your driver shares stories of the Milford Road. At the fiord you'll board the Discover More Cruise for an extended, unhurried journey the full length of the fiord to the Tasman Sea. Get close to the waterfalls and watch for fur seals, bottlenose dolphins and, in season, Fiordland crested penguins. A dedicated nature guide joins you on the cruise, sharing the region's geology, history and wildlife. With smaller numbers and a slower pace, there's more room to take it in. A picnic lunch is included in the experience.
