The Ara Roa cancellation policy is that where cancellations are received up to 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded less NZD120 admin fee. Cancellations received within the 30 day period will result in the deposit being non-refundable. Cancellations within 14 days will result in full payment unless the facility is re-booked. *Except the months of December and January, where cancellations received within 30 days prior to arrival incur a 100% cancellation fee

Kiwi listening, bird watching and private bush walks on site. Fully furnished with quality fittings and linens to assure a comfortable stay. Sky TV and wireless broadband for those that like to keep in touch. Set high on a mountainside, Te Huia offers spectacular views over the rolling countryside and over the Pacific Ocean. Glorious beaches, native forest, coves, hiking, fishing, surfing, diving along our coastline. Full kitchen allows easy self catering. Or perhaps choose semi or full catering.
