Children aged 5 to 11 must be accompanied by a paying adult. We do not allow children under 5 years old down to the pools at any point or children under 11 after 5pm. Original Onsen Experience 1 Adult - $117 per pool 2 Adults - $175 per pool 3 Adults - $225 per pool 4 Adults - $260 per pool Children - $30 per pool Tri-Bathing Experience 1 Adult - $137 per pool 2 Adults - $195 per pool Day Spa Soak & Treatment Packages from $265. Day Spa Treatment Only Experiences from $170.
Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy: To amend or cancel your experience, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled booking time. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the price of the booking. Rescheduling is subject to availability. 72 hours’ notice of cancellation or rescheduling is required for all group bookings (3+ pools).
