Witness the magic as its spirits are made from scratch on site, and soak up the sights and smells as malt is milled, mashed, fermented, distilled and matured. After learning about the process, you will sample whiskey, gin, vodka and liqueurs for yourself. You will then venture into the Gibbston Valley wine region; known as the ‘Valley of the Vines’, nestled between rugged schist mountains and the rocky Kawarau River gorge.
