Includes lunch & transport from your accommodation in Rotorua (or specified meeting point). Age requirements: 13+ years (or 10yrs -12yrs from below 1st main rapid). Availability is year round subject to river flows. This trip has a minimum numbers requirement of 4 clients to go ahead.
Weather cancellation by the operator will be rescheduled or refunded in full. Please note minimum numbers are required for the trip to be confirmed. Cancellations within 24 hours and ‘no shows; are non refundable. A 20% cancellation fee applies to any booking cancelled prior.
It is the complete rafting package with continuous and challenging whitewater at the start of the river with larger rapids like Geoff's Joy, Fantail Falls, Pop Up, and Tautika. Then chilling out in the middle with a nice quiet flat stretch, ideal for swimming and floating followed by fun rapids through to the finish. Topped off with a mean river side lunch and beverages before heading back to Rotorua. No prior experience is necessary as you will be given full and comprehensive training and accompanied by a highly experienced guide. All you need is a reasonable level of fitness, a sense of fun and adventure, swimwear and a towel.
